THE BOOK SIGNING (1-2 Hours)
Michele would love to come speak about Happiness is a Habit with your organization or team. This informal presentation involves a brief overview of her book, a reading, followed by a question and answer session and book sale and signing.
THE KEYNOTE (1-2 Hours)
This motivating, educational and thought-provoking program will leave participants invigorated and fired-up to put the material they have just learned into practice. Michele has a way of engaging her participants with her boundless energy and her infectious can-do attitude. Her message is so practical that it can be applied immediately.
THE KEYNOTE WORKSHOP (2-4 Hours)
This half-day program is the perfect way to begin or end your next conference. In the workshop participants are more involved with the material and each other. Michele blends lecture with hands on activities involving the participants in the learning.
THE WORKSHOP (6-8 Hours)
This full day program takes a much deeper dive into the material and allows participants to do introspective and group exercises. Through a blend of lecture, exercises and discussion participants are able to focus on their own personal habits and work through new ideas and methods to develop a plan for incorporating the habits required for their continued success in the future.
THE 2-3 DAY TRAINING/RETREAT (16-20 Hours)
This program is best done off-site to give participants the time to review and reflect. Over the course of 3 days participants will be led through a variety of exercises that stimulate the mind, and lead each participant onto a journey back to themselves. They will be given time to be introspective, time to connect with nature and time to network with fellow seekers. This weekend retreat provides the most in-depth coverage and experience for the participants.
